“ This place was surprisingly a great experience. I searched for a barber shop in the area i was and found headliners. I stopped in to find there was only one barber, later finding out, he was the owner. I waited about 15 minutes before sitting in his chair. I was able to watch tv while i was waiting so it was fine. I wish i could remember the owners name but i will go back to find out. This barber who learned to cut hair from his mother, who owned a beauty parlor when he was a child., was amazing. I felt like i had an experience while in his chair. Firstly, he is known and respected by his piers in the neighborhood. People stopped in to just say hi and i saw they had a desire to talk to the man. It was if they were talking to King of the neighborhood. We had conversations about so many topics and he had an intelligent opinion about everything. I may have been in his chair for 30 minutes or so and i walked away with Appreciation for this man's experience, intellect, kindness and compassion he had for others. I also walked away with one of the best haircuts i could ever remembering receiving. He also trimmed by beard perfectly. When he was done i asked how much? I was expecting 30- 40. He said 20. I assume he couldn't ask for more in that area. I gave him 40 and told him, he now has a customer for life. I will be seeing him soon. ”
